Position Title : Sales Engineer

Required Position : 2 positions (Male/Female)

Required Location : Yangon, Myanmar

Established in 2017, Noble Everest Company Limited started as a one-stop service shop for mechanical, electrical, structural and civil engineering. We are 100% privately owned company, headquartered in Yangon with a branch office and showroom in Mandalay.

Job Descriptions

  • Plan and visit to potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
  • Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
  • Establish new, and maintain relationships with customers
  • Prepare and present sales reports to head office
  • Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Must have basic Microsoft office knowledge (MS Excel, MS Words, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
  • Must have related Bachelor’s degree (BE, EP, EC etc.)
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with other members of the sales team
  • Must have extensive knowledge of the products in order to explain the advantages and answer questions
  • Must have previous sales experience (3 years +)

Working Hours

Mon – Sat 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Sundays & Public Holidays off)

Allowance

  • Transportation Fees
  • Overtime payment
  • Performance Bonus and Sales Commission

Position Title: Admin and HR Executive

Required Position: 1 position (Female)

Required Location: Yangon, Myanmar

Job Description

  • Coordinate with various departments within Head Office and all branch offices for administrative tasks
  • Work co-operatively, as part of a team to provide efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to staffs in office and out-of-office staffs.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Prepare timely sales report and prepare presentation/proposal as assigned
  • Assist in importing process of company’s products
  • Deal with incoming email, faxes and post
  • Plan and organize meetings
  • Take action points and write meeting minutes
  • Prepare documents for meetings and note down meeting minutes
  • Assist in arranging company events, trips, etc.
  • Control all documents and distribute company’s documents as requested.
  • Prepare company’s weekly and monthly report

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration
  • Must be active team player with good communication skill
  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Proficient in English
  • Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • Must have basic skills in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
